Fire and Foraged

The first time I ate at Fire and Foraged, the resident mobile kitchen stationed at The Shop Beer Co. the beer slinger told me to get the BLT because its amazing. Don't get me wrong, I love BLT's but how amazing can it be? You put lettuce, tomatoes and bacon onto bread. Well, MOST places do that. Not Fire and Foraged. First of all this bad boy is on Texas Toast. For those of you who are not aware of what Texas Toast is then you should go back to join the Taliban. The ingredients are not just any ingredients; they are locally sources and it tastes like it. Oh yeah, the dudes who run this mobile kitchen also own their own goat farm and make their own goat cheese. That fresh goat cheese on the BLT (LGBT in their case) is a game changer. But to be honest everything they have is amazing. Get down there in eat it. By "it" I mean everything.
